I'm co-owner of Pilates North East with Carol. I started teaching at a very young age and immediately knew that I had found my vocation. Meeting the needs of the individual is very important to me, and quality is always in the forefront of my mind.
Working as a personal trainer since 2004, my quest for further knowledge let me to a Pilates course in 2007. Friendly, personable and knowledgeable, my pilates classes are well structured and enjoyable.
I have been teaching fitness classes since 1986 and teaching Pilates for the last 16 years. I'm as passionate about teaching now as I have always been. I love being around people and do my best to make them smile.
I'm co-owner of Pilates North East with Gillian. I feel very fortunate to have enjoyed working extensively within the health and fitness environment for most of my career, allowing me to gain a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Sarah Salter - Yoga
I'm Sarah, and after 15 years of practicing Yoga I qualified as a BWY teacher in 2015, progressing to the BWY Diploma (500 hours) in 2017. My classes are all about working safely at a level that is right for you right now.
I have been teaching group fitness classes since 1989, my passion for Pilates began in 1999 when I trained with Michael King of the Pilates Institute. I gain great satisfaction in seeing a client’s movement quality improve with each class they take.
Pam has been a fitness enthusiast for many years, attaining qualifications in the Health and Fitness Industry which lead her into the world of Pilates, a subject in which she is extremely passionate.
Noel Sharpe - Yoga
Noel is the holder of a British Wheel of Yoga Teachers Diploma and has been teaching since 2007. Noel seeks to challenge but not over challenge anyone. Most of all, Noel believes that all classes should be enjoyable.
