A gentle class to ease you into Pilates and help you find a spring in your step. Our instructors will take you through a functional matwork exercise program to improve your strength, mobility and posture, before finishing with a well-deserved relaxation.

What to expect?

This Pilates class combines dynamic movement with targeted exercises. Prepare to gently fire up your core and awaken your mind-body awareness: the perfect way to escape the chattering mind whilst unravelling the body and releasing tension.

Stretch, Release & Relax – ONLINE

What to expect?

In this class, we will mobilise the joints, release muscular tension and unravel the spine. Led by your breath, expect to move slowly and mindfully, stretching and letting go. Join this class to deepen your somatic awareness and find fluidity and freedom in the body and mind.

What do I need?

Mat, mini core ball, band, block or cushion, foam roller and a spiky ball.

Nurturing Yoga Online | Pilates North East

Nurturing Yoga – ONLINE

What to expect?

This nurturing and meditative class focuses on linking breath with movement to calm the mind and tap into the body’s “rest and restore” parasympathetic nervous system. Practise letting go of inner and outer stresses with gentle standing and mat-based movements, stretches and relaxation.

What do I need?

A yoga mat, block and/or cushion, a yoga strap and/or band, and a blanket.

What to expect?

This open-level session is a mix of our signature Pilates and our Stretch, Release and Relax classes. Enjoy flowing movements from one exercise to the next with the option to progress or regress each application to suit your goals and needs. We will use our dynamic core, awaken our internal awareness and focus on building the mind-body connection. We will finish with deep stretches to ease off any residual stress or tension.

What do I need?

A mat, a band, a mini core ball and a spiky ball.

Nurturing Yoga Class | Pilates North East

Guided Meditation – ONLINE

What to expect?

This is a monthly 30-minute Guided Meditation and Breathwork session. During the class, you will prepare yourself for the new month ahead and set intentions to guide us forwards with compassion, resilience and acceptance. Expect gentle breathing exercises to calm the mind and support the immune system and meditative mind tools to cultivate compassion.

What do I need?

A quiet space and a chair.

  • Single Classes £7.00. Single Classes can be booked even up to 15 mins before start time
  • 4/5 week courses £24/£30, attending once per week
  • Class Passes: practice more for less £’s
  • Class Pass Option 1 – £55 for 10 classes*
  • Class Pass Option 2 – £69 for UNLIMITED monthly classes*

*Please note: If you purchase any class pass, it must be used within 30 days of purchase. Any classes remaining after 30 days will expire.
