General Information

For in-studio classes, we ask you to enrol on a block of eight classes. Our tuition programmes are offered on a ‘rolling’ basis which means that you can enrol at any time (as long as there is a place available!). We will send you a reminder and invite you to re-enrol, a couple of weeks before the eight weeks is up. For online classes, you can join any course at any time you like through the course. We offer block bookings of up to 5 weeks.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in without restrictions. It would be good to have a band, a mini core ball and a cushion for your session. A blanket is a good idea for your relaxation.

Gill the owner of the studio is highly qualified as are her team of instructors, they have all worked extensively within the fitness environment. Their experience includes establishing successful studios, lectured in Health and Fitness, attended teacher training in all aspects of the well being industry. Gill and her team are all fully insured and are members of Fitpro.

For in-Studio classes, we allow up to two ‘catch-up’ classes per block of eight. To be entitled to a catch-up, you need to have notified us 24 hours in advance that you are not able to attend. This is so that we can offer your place to other clients who may also be wanting to fit in catch-up sessions! Once you’ve had the two catch-ups, if you miss further sessions, fees are not normally refundable.

For online classes, please contact us at [email protected] 24 hours before your class and let us know the reason for your cancellation. We will do our best to move you to an alternative date, but if this is not possible, a refund may be given at our discretion.

PLEASE NOTE: You will not receive a refund for classes that have already taken place.

We ask you to pay for the block of eight studio classes in advance. The cost is £72.00 payable by cheque or cash in the studio or via bank transfer.

All online classes are £7 each for a single class, or £6 each if you book the full month’s course. Online classes must be booked and paid for in advance by credit/debit card using our online system.

Please note: For July 2020, we are offering a 50% discount off all of our classes for NHS and Front Line workers as a thank you from us for all you do. Please select your chosen NHS ticket during the booking process.

All classes last 1 hour; please arrive in good time, to avoid distracting other participants.

Our Class Information page gives an indication of the different levels of tuition, and has a timetable you can download. When you enrol one of the team will advise on the best level for you. You can re-enrol at the same level for as you long as wish, or you can progress to the next level when ready. Whether you’ve exercised very little for years, or whether you’re a fitness fanatic wanting a challenge – we have something to suit you!

From our Online Classes page, you can view the timetable and then select as many classes as you want to. You can select a single class ticket, or you can book in advance for the remainder of the month’s course. The system will guide you through the booking and payment process in a few simple clicks.

Once you have booked your classes, you will receive an email with your class information which you can add to your personal calendar. The email will also have a link to the online class which will be brought to you via Zoom.

10 minutes before the start of your class, get yourself set up at home with your equipment (if you have any), and click on the class link. Your chosen class will then appear on your screen and you will be able to see and hear your instructor just as if you are in the studio with us.
