Online Class Information

No. You will receive a new Zoom link for each class. This will be emailed to you both in the original email and also in your booking reminder emails. You can also login at any time from the online bookings page to manage your classes.  

You can join a class or course at any time. We offer block bookings of up to 5 weeks.

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in without restrictions.

Gill the owner of the studio is highly qualified as are her team of instructors, they have all worked extensively within the fitness environment. Their experience includes establishing successful studios, lectured in Health and Fitness, attended teacher training in all aspects of the well being industry. Gill and her team are all fully insured and are members of Fitpro.

You can cancel your own session via our booking system which will return the credit to your account – provided you cancel the session at least 1 hour before the class start time. You can then rebook another class. Please view the Booking Instructions to find out how.

PLEASE NOTE: You will not receive a refund for classes that have already taken place.

It would be good to have a band, a mini core ball and a block/cushion. Some sessions also require a spiky ball. A blanket is a good idea for your relaxation too.

Online classes cost £7 each for a single class, or £6 each if you pre-book the monthly course. The classes/course must be booked and paid for in advance by credit/debit card.

*Please note: If you purchase any class pass, it must be used within 30 days of purchase. Any classes remaining after 30 days will expire.

All classes last 1 hour; please arrive online in good time, to avoid distracting other participants.

From our Online Classes page, you can view the timetable and then select as many classes as you want to. You can select a single class ticket, or you can book in advance for the remainder of the month’s course. The system will guide you through the booking and payment process in a few simple clicks.

Once you have booked your classes, you will receive an email with your class information which you can add to your personal calendar. The email will also have a link to the online class which will be brought to you via Zoom.

10 minutes before the start of your class, get yourself set up at home with your equipment (if you have any), and click on the class link. Your chosen class will then appear on your screen and you will be able to see and hear your instructor just as if you are in the studio with us. You can access more detailed information on our Booking Instructions page, or you can always contact us if you get stuck.

Our Class Information page gives an indication of the different levels of tuition, and has a timetable you can download. You can re-enrol at the same level for as you long as wish, or you can progress to the next level when ready. Please contact us if you need guidance.
