Online Classes for Everyone
Closing the doors of our beautiful studio has not meant that we have stopped teaching Pilates. We provide a wide range of online Pilates and yoga classes to suit all ages and abilities 5 days a week, so you can continue your practice in the comfort of your own home.
With 10 classes to choose from ranging from 8.00am for the early birds to 7.15pm if you prefer an evening class, there is always a class to fit around your schedule.
