Temporarily closing the doors of our beautiful studio has not meant that we have stopped teaching Pilates. We provide a wide range of online pilates and yoga classes to suit all ages and abilities 5 days a week, so you can continue your practice in the comfort of your own home.

With 10 classes to choose from ranging from 8.00am for the early birds to 7.15pm if you prefer an evening class, there is always a class to fit around your schedule.

You can choose single classes as and when you want to exercise, or we offer a discount for course bookings. In addition to this, we are continuing to offer a 50% discount on all of our classes for NHS staff, and if you work in the Arts sector, you can enjoy our classes for free. Gill Bennison-Souri is the owner of Pilates North East and Create Retreats. She started teaching at a very young age and immediately knew that she had found her vocation.

She has a wealth of experience and qualifications, but above all else she is truly passionate about Pilates and about helping every individual through their journey – no matter what their abilities.
