Online Pilates and Yoga Classes

The timetable below shows our range of online Pilates and Yoga classes. You can book your place on as many classes as you wish further down this page.

Once you have chosen which classes you would like to join, click to select the first available class date. You can then choose to book individual classes, or if you would like to sign up for the remainder of the 4 week course, you can book and pay for the block of classes in advance. Simply choose ‘Single Class Ticket’ or ‘Book Course’

To show our gratitude for our wonderful NHS workers – you can join any class for free.

Please note: All clients MUST complete a Screening Form prior to their first class with us.
